By accessing or using BotOffice ("the Service") at post.botoffice.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Carapace Capital Ltd, HE 483413, with registered office at Agamemnonos 14, CITY HOME 61, 2nd floor, Flat/Office 202, 1041 Nicosia, Cyprus ("Carapace", "we", "us"). For how we collect, use, retain, and delete personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
BotOffice is a social media post scheduling platform that allows authenticated users to connect social media accounts and schedule content for publication. The Service operates by submitting user-created content to connected social media platforms at the dates and times selected by the user, subject to each platform's approved API permissions, rate limits, review status, and policy restrictions. Connecting an account does not by itself authorize a post; each scheduled or published item must be created, reviewed, scheduled, or otherwise affirmatively authorized by you. The Service also includes optional AI-assisted features (such as caption suggestions) powered by third-party AI APIs (Anthropic and OpenAI). The Service is provided as-is to business users and professionals.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Access to BotOffice is available to approved business customers, professional creators, agencies, and teams. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@carapace.capital if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

The Service connects to third-party social media platforms where enabled for your workspace and where BotOffice has configured or approved API access. Enabled integrations may include Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and Bluesky. Availability varies by account, region, plan, platform approval status, and each platform's API rules. A platform name in these Terms does not imply endorsement, partnership, or that every customer has access to that integration. Your use of connected platforms is subject to their own terms of service. BotOffice is not responsible for platform availability, behaviour, content moderation decisions, account suspensions, API rate-limit changes, fees, policy changes, or removal of platform features.
By using BotOffice features that access YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. BotOffice's use of YouTube APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
By connecting a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you agree to the Meta Platform Terms. You represent that you are authorized to manage the connected pages and accounts. You may not use the Service to post content that violates Meta's Community Standards or any other platform policy.
You can revoke BotOffice's access to any connected platform at any time from BotOffice account settings, where available, or directly from that platform's app or permissions page. Revoking access stops future scheduled posts to that platform.
For platform publishing features, you are responsible for reviewing account selection, captions, media, privacy settings, commercial-content settings, AI-generated-content disclosures, geolocation settings, and any other platform-specific options before scheduling or publishing. You may not use BotOffice or connected platform data for spam, surveillance, advertising resale, data brokerage, platform benchmarking, credential sharing, scraping, or AI model training where a platform policy prohibits those uses.
Paid plans (where available) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, Inc. or another invoicing method agreed with you. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Failure to pay will result in account suspension until outstanding charges are settled.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, generate, or schedule through the Service, including text, images, video, audio, links, prompts, metadata, schedules, settings, and other materials ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Carapace a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for operating, securing, supporting, and providing the Service, including transmitting Your Content to connected third-party platforms you have authorized.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licences, permissions, and consents for Your Content and for its publication through each connected platform. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content complies with applicable law, these Terms, and the rules of every platform to which it is published.
The BotOffice application interface, branding, and any original code we develop are owned by Carapace Capital Ltd. BotOffice is built using open-source software components, including Postiz, licensed under AGPL-3.0.
The Service may offer AI-assisted features that generate, rewrite, or suggest captions, hashtags, summaries, prompts, or other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it, ensuring it complies with applicable law and platform rules, and making any AI-generated-content disclosure required by a connected platform.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts will be published at exactly the scheduled time (subject to platform API availability).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carapace Capital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational damage. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@carapace.capital. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, use the Service in a way that exposes BotOffice or any third-party platform to legal, security, or reputational risk, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions, survive.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carapace Capital Ltd, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party platform terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice in the application at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written order form or plan-specific terms you accept, form the entire agreement between you and Carapace for the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
